Illumin Drone Shows Expansion to US

Canadian Drone Show Producer Aims to Dazzle Audiences with Story-Driven Displays and Cutting-Edge Technology Across Florida and Beyond

Toronto, Canada-based drone show producer Illumin Drone Shows recently announced a new expansion across the border, starting with shows in Florida and eventually across the southern U.S. market. Following rave reviews and successful drone shows across Canada, Illumin hopes to bring their story-based drone shows to events of any size as part of this aggressive expansion effort.
With multiple years of experience in the aviation and airline sectors across their executive group, Illumin highlights their familiarity with airspace regulation and safety measures from the top downwards. Beyond that, their multi-lingual team is focused on facilitating corporate partnerships and thrilling audiences with tailor-made dynamic drone displays.

Over Labor Day weekend, Illumin partnered with one of Canada’s major banks and a leading luxury car brand for two high-profile light shows. Illumin started by lighting up the Hotel X Toronto with 400 drones during the Canadian National Exhibition, followed by delivering a massive display at Friday Harbour, deploying 600 drones in what has been the largest drone show in Canada to date.
While their shows in Florida will be their first performances based in the US, Illumin has shown to US audiences across  the border before, with a large display in Niagara Falls during the eclipse of April of 2024. Other events have included collaborations with concert venues during shows, and future plans include new augmented reality integrations and more interactive drone displays to bring the audience experience to new heights.
“We’re thrilled with our performance this weekend,” said Christian Ilumin, CEO of Illumin Drone Shows. “Executing two flawless shows to thousands of spectators was the perfect way to end the summer this Labour Day weekend. The success of these events showcases our team’s dedication and creativity, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

“Our goal is to create moments that spark the imagination and incite wonder for viewers of all ages,” said Ilumin.
